SALMA'S EATERY & PUB

The mark of a good restaurant is not necessarily it's size. but the quality of it's food and the generosity 
  of it's staff. Along that line, one of the finest restaurant experiences i have had throughout my blogging journey was at Salma's Eatery and Pub.

The location of the eatery and pub makes it appear promising. The location was actually easy to find using the google map and close to the road which i give a thumb ups to management. The interior decoration of eatery was actually on point but chairs and table were been taken away while we took our seats. Our presence there was taken for granted and there was no proactivity by the staff to make us feel welcomed.

In about 5 minutes after we sat down, a gentleman walking lackadaisically towards us came with a menu and left us to decide. The gentleman walked back to his colleagues as they continued their loud talks; we just decided to ignore such unscrupulous behavior. The gentleman finally came back towards us asking for our order; every single juice written on the menu was not available in the restaurant. We were dumfounded that such reputable eatery could be so unprofessional towards it's client. 

We had to finally just choose an available lemon juice and already branded blue skies juice due to lack of options. Food was another battle to face as jollof rice and fried rice was the only food claimed to be available from the entire menu list. Due to the unwelcomed nature of the eatery, we decided to not sit down and eat but rather be packed and taken away. Staff seemed unconcerned, a drab atmosphere and an agitated environment.

We hurriedly left the eatery due to it's attitude towards first timer costumers. Management must train staffs on customer services, creating serene atmospheres, put efforts in making menu foods/ drinks available and making the eatery attractive for clients. I recommend management for the location of operation and the interior decorations but there is obviously more room for improvement.
